About Us
Avon Buddhists are comprised primarily of people who live in the Bristol and Bath area.
The aim of this newly formed group is an ever-practical approach to using the wisdom and compassion of Buddhist teachings for daily living. In order to transform our mind, we need to reduce our negative emotions. It is these delusions that hold back the development of a natural loving kindness present in us all. Avon Buddhists are a charity that hopes to offer more people a route to a happier and healthier peace of mind. If you are interested in finding out more about Buddhist teaching and techniques, then please join us at one of our events. |
